If you’re unable to recover it, I would perhaps look into using a save editing tool for MH. The community does not look on it favorably but 144 hours is quite the investment. If you enjoy the game it’s an easy way to right that ship. At the moment no risk of being banned for it.

While I agree, I could argue that teenagers are not quite adults. While responsible, we “may” have an opportunity to effectively teach them appropriate behavior. Mistakes should have consequences, but can also be opportunities to learn.
