I think a huge problem with tipping culture, is that a lot of people don't see tipping as actual income for the servers, because it's a "tip" people assume servers are already making min. wage and tips are just gifts, which let's them off the hook ethically when they feel they don't have to tip for any asinine reason.

This is the crux of my issues with how a lot of conversations are framed on here, you can't apply ethics to attraction, it just doesn't work that way. He already had that reputation, it's kind of facetious to say that just because this case hasn't gone to trial he's innocent. One doesn't gain that reputation for innocence, especially multiple times.

The private room for mastectomies is inherently different type of comfort, women who have had surgery may feel they need more privacy are of course, should be provided that comfort, but for a trans woman, inclusivity is often the goal, not being herded to private areas as if they don't 'belong.'

How about you go to the private room. Problem solved.
