I think it was also said that before they even start the engine they have to pump warm oil throughout the motor so it comes up to temps first. Something to do with tolerances inside of the motor as well

Definitely agree that more weight over the drive wheels is a very good thing to have. But my car has a 52/48 weight distribution (thanks google), plus it weighs nearly 4,000 pounds. I think I’ve got the weight covered lol but after two winters driving it in the snow it doesn’t seem to need more weight in the rear.

So the picture was posted on the 22nd, but according to the Facebook post this situation occurred ‘a few weeks back’. So that would place it in August when the temps were easily in the mid to high 90's.
