I would think out of all the tattoo parlors in America there are more than a few run by white supremacist sympathizers, and/or tattoo artists mercenary enough*, to get some high quality swastikas done. And the internet being what it is, I doubt it’s that hard to find them.

If it were me, I think I’d just not go to prison in the first place.

Pretty sure you could get something inked over that for the cost of attending a Cubs Cards game. I’m pretty sure any person who has a swastika on their body they don’t want there would prioritize such a decision.
