Yeah we knew he was working undercover for the Guild to further infiltrate the PP. It seems most likely he was double-agent henching Creep by being the pilot for the stolen guild weather machine

Since time travel is part of the venture universe- scare bear is Hank from future- explains why he shows up, knows where sirena is, and is generally menacing around Dean. And since Hank has told Rusty he's getting tired of the can do attitude maybe he's about to pick up a new personality 

All Gary wanted was to get through his “Enter the Dragon” quote and he just couldn’t! Cracked me up. 

I see that being an easy and lame path for Sirena in a different show, but considering the world of Venture I feel like her playing them both with aspirations of ‘evil’ could work . There’s a level of reverence for a smart and well plotted arch that she could be aspiring towards. Falling into a lifelong arching is…

Maybe Hank will pledge the Guild and start down the path to villainy? He doesn’t have a job. He doesn’t want to go to college... The Monarch is looking for Henchman as he rises up the ranks on the way to continuing his feud with Thaddeus. 

Not to mention: Hank has already, voluntarily, created a low-level villain persona in Enrico Matassa, and one that’s pretty charming and thought out (for Hank). But, it should be noted, that her name is Sirena, which may be referring to the mythical Sirens. Plus, her dad had Curt Slywa beat up, so all bets are off…

I can’t believe no one has mentioned the best joke of the whole episode: When the bomb-defusing drone refused to go in the closet!  

So a reference to the carpet looking like The Shining without also noting that Scare Bear (who was in the show before) is a pretty obvious riff on the bear costume blow job guy IN THE SHINING. Plus the motif revolving around being snowed in. I mean, I don’t even.

I think S464 and Creep have to be working together - unless I missed some explanation of the temperate bubble inside the blizzard.

You might also recognize the bear because this is the second episode he’s been in. The bear with a machete first appears in the season four episode “Bright Lights, Dean City” when the Revenge Society is recruiting potential members.
