I went back and watched the leaked video of the Courier concept software. While there are some truly cool aspects to it, there is a weirdness, too - like they are trying so hard to make it easy to use they are actually making it more of a pain in the ass.

Does anyone really call it any of these things? "Excuse me, I have a call on my smart phone," or "jeezuz, my super phone has been ringing off the hook today."
