It sounds like he just doesn’t want to play it. Why do we need to convince him? If he doesn’t want to and he didn’t really LOVE the demo, he’ll go into it prepared to be miserable if he does buy it.

Anxiously awaiting the debut of "extremely large, basically unkillable" Nathan Grayson.

@Gita: This generation of Pokemon is when I finally discovered the glory of the Quick Ball.

HELL yeah this is what I’m about. I’ve played every Pokemon like you and I feel exactly the same. If more people stopped losing their shit and just PLAYED THE DAMN GAME we’d probably see a lot less negativity.

This is kinda surreal. I met Desmond as a customer at my store, before I knew of the existence of Etika. He bought a folding bicycle from my shop, we chatted a bit and he ended up telling me he was getting it for transportation while he was in Japan for a Smash event, and mentioned his YT channel to me.

Tim Rogers, I enjoy the small glimpses you give us into the inside of your brain. It’s a good brain.

Thank you for sharing your (mathematically speaking) midlife crisis with us. I hope you don’t die any sooner than would be expected.

Just a fantastic track off a great album. Sometimes I’m not sure whether I prefer Red or Blue, but Rays on Pinion always brings me back.. Thanks for posting this, Luke. :)

Gita, it seems your rask has been laid before you. You must write the Cayde fic.

Woah, weird. Memories of my Beyblade fandom days just came flooding back.

Tim Rogers, I like you and your videos. Thank you.

I also tend to think that sometimes people equate “I have 3 or 4 golds in a game that went badly” with “I was the best player on the team.”

I’m so glad I scrolled far enough to see this comment.

Probably will be playing a good amount of Heroes of the Storm — I hadn’t played it much until recently and I’m really feeling it now (having a lot of fun playing Cho’Gall with a buddy of mine, and Kharazim solo).

ayyyyyyyy

I very clearly remember sitting in Old Navy (I know.) as a little kid, reading through the manual for my newly-purchased copy of Super Mario RPG while waiting for my family to be done shopping. I knew the game was going to be awesome.

Yes! I actually came here to comment on the little walk-through of the Fire Cavern FFVIII came with. A completely separate item from the instruction manual. How incredible that was to hold and read when I bought that game.

Got ‘em!

Continuing my play through of Final Fantasy IX (first time!). Just hit disc 3, and I'm really enjoying it. Might play a bit of X as well, as my Vita has been great to play those games on.
