So this cop decides to abuse his power to poke at/harass a girl because he feels like it, her friend tries to legally film this behavior to get him to stop, three(!) cops attack him.

It was awesome. But I have to say, that scene with her skating and Roger playing the organ was probably my most favorite moment of this show. Ever. I cackled out loud for five minutes. My second favorite is the lawn mower mowing over a guys foot. They were the best.
