I'm not confused in the slightest. Have fun arguing semantics with people for whatever reason you insist upon. 👋
She cannot go into the restaurant if her perfume is noticed. This is a fact. It is being stated so that people are informed. I'm not sure why you insist otherwise. It is a service to people who want to go and will choose not to wear perfume in order to comply...
If a yelp review simply states that one cannot wear perfume, it is doing a service to others in that they can now make the informed choice. It's better than showing up and being rejected.
all it takes is 50 bucks and a review is gone.
she couldn't go to the restaurant because she was banned. Yes she could choose not to wear perfume, but that's not the point. The review is valid. She's merely telling the truth. They ban people who wear perfume. The policy should be known.
Can a company simply choose to be removed from yelp?

damn, what?
