Brazilian kidnappers lacks technic on kidnapps long ago. Those are dead or in Prison. This is why kidnapping like this is much rarrer these days. They occur, of course, but usually no ransom is paid and the victim is free by the police.

I told you guys it was just a matter of time. DAS Police department is a very competent unit. 2015 had 33 Kidnapps like this one wich is not that much (for us, brazilian, of course).

You may think these kidnappers are smart but they arent. Usually they are uneducated and desperate. These leads to large amount of failures that make the police discover them.
