Yes, the jewish neighbor's (a rabbi?) story of "The Millionaire" was right out of "A Serious Man," where Rabbi Nachman tells the story of "The Goy's Teeth." Visually similar as well, with characters mouthing the narrator's voice. Interesting how this show pays homage to the full canon of Coen Brothers films.
