I’m not trying to “victim blame” here (I also drive a TDI), but why the hell did you jump on a 2nd car payment with no turn-in timeline in place?

Honest question, did you ever ask how long you had after you received the confirmation of buy back until you had to bring your car in? As far as I can tell you’re not locked in that day to trade your car in or sorry, they’re not going to screw customers that way after all of this it would massively blow up in their

One of my students asked me the other day “who remembers random episodes of Roseanne?”

They probably have one of these on the car somewhere, too:

Good article once again Alanis, but I question something France said regarding Suarez.

“I would tell you, without the Drive for Diversity program, with certainty, Daniel Suarez is not in NASCAR. We’re very pleased with that program.”

There is a legitimate way around this but it’s fiddly.
I’m pretty sure there are dashcams that record from ,say, 5 minutes in the past- and even then only after you press a button. They do this by constantly recording into a buffer but dont keep anything until they’re triggered.

Call 911!

She already delivered a Porsche the year.

Cop: “I clocked you at 101 in a 50 zone.”

Between this, the 208mph Mustang kid, and my own experiences, I’m beginning to think that either a lot of cops lie about the speed they clocked you at, or their equipment is shit.

That is what I was thinking.

You have to talk to other people to be dishonest

This is why ALL OF YOU need dashcams. Seriously, it’s a data capturing device that’ll save your ass in countless ways. Doing 80 but got written for 95? Dashcam = dismissal.

I wonder if that PD will be switching to Taurus and Explorer patrol cars in the near future, not at all donated by Ford as incentive to drop any charges.

I’ve met more dishonest police than engineers in my life.

So either the engineers rigged the recorded data to show that they weren’t speeding, OR the cops that pulled them over are corrupt and lied about the speed they were clocked at.

Mountain cops don’t mess around. I’ll bet Avon is getting a couple new police edition Explorers.

first you gotta return those videotapes

Stupid corporate overlords with their high-priced lawyers don’t have to follow the peasants’ laws, apparently.
