anyone?

you replied to six of my comments and went around to convince others i was wrong. are you alright? can you please chill mate?

holy shit. superb specs on that laferrari, is it pozzi blue?

No, you misunderstood my point: Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche make three unique cars that push what’s possible with the current state of technology, all for the best performance and driving experience possible. Then I can understand their specialness. If Ford made the GT in line with the prices and availability of the

You know this is all supposing and assuming, right? Even boosting it with 50hp and fantasizing about it being so light still wouldn’t justify my original point: it’s ridiculously expensive.

I thought you understood my point on why it seems last gen: specs. By the time owners will drive it mclaren would’ve released its 650s replacement, with expected power of around 700hp. Now, I know power isn’t everything but in between a 700hp Carbon mclaren and 670hp not-carbon-but-still-light Ferrari the the 600hp

It wasn’t Ferrari money, it was Porsche money, which is understandable. How much do they go for these days? ;)

The r35 gtr when it launched 8 years ago was in the m3 price range. Then with time performance increased and price did too.

Come on, that’s why they built it in limited quantities. Take an m3, spend say, 20k in mods, sell it for a massive premium rebadging it as a gts. Pure marketing. Even Chris Harris said the m3 gts’s price was ridiculous. Watch his c63 black vs m3 gts vs 997 rs 4.0 video.

That must be why everyone is excited about them and I see tracks full of them. They’re so common between enthusiasts! Who would buy a 991 gt3 if he can buy a tricked up m4 for the same price?

I don’t get why you’re defending the gt like it was your pet puppy. It’s a fucking car.

The gtr didn’t need to be exotic at the price that it had, it was in the same price range of a contemporary m3.

but you’re not getting a race car, aren’t you? you’re getting a very un-exotic turbo v6 600hp ford street legal super sports car. for the price of almost two ferrari 488s. even if it’s faster (which i doubt) it’s still not a good exercise.

something tells me ferrari, mclaren and porsche know how to make a performance car better than ford. i’m sure the gt will perorm well, just not as well as the rivals which are genuinely higher cars. the gt looks like a last gen car on paper, more in the 458/12c space than the 488/650/675lt.

sorry, what’s the design goal of the ford gt, besides making ford marketing people have a laugh?

the sv proved itself on the nurburgring, which is not exactly full of slow second gear corners that really put to the test a car’s traction. the sv’s advantage wasn’t in the awd system, more in the classic big tires + power + further developed chassis.

because the competition has had more experience building supercars, and there are many sub 400k cars that on paper seem like higher weapons. a 600hp mid engined car of that size is comparable to a 458 speciale, which is much slower than an f12 or an aventador sv. unless it uses alien technology/super clever aero i

It’s what Ferrari said since the beginning, becoming Ferrari, while Ford became... Uh.. Ford...

A 488 will do

I'm not sure how mind blowing it'll be with 600ish hp. Many cheaper cars have more firepower and have proved themselves, think Lambo SV. But you probably get my drift, Ford is acting like a bit of a bitch, and in my sure it's in the position to do so..
