The ability to act like this is a genetic flaw. He is no victim of society. People that act this way never are. He is defective beyond repair and should be removed from humanity. We all benefit when there are fewer defective humans around.

This is really hard to watch and very angering. This is the kind of thing that makes one think that there is a certain segment of the population that is simply unfit to be among the rest of us, and some sort of system should be designed to identify and remove this segment.
