@HiroPro42: I'm actually talking about t-shirt colors and paints in general. I think is related to the wavelength not bouncing off of from dark colors and more quickly from bright colors (The reasoning why a house painted white stands out).

All I know is that if I wanted to do that shot, not even at 1,000 fps I would get it. I think that the TV being dark doesn't reflect as fast, like how dark colors attract light and bright colors reflect them.

Just talk on the cell phone. It's what it was mainly made for. With a bluetooth headset or the cars, its the safest way to go. There is no text that needs answering so bad that a call would do much better.
