Demo looks interesting and the fact that I don't need to install another program is a plus. But there's something about a plugin running everything that makes me very insecure

Pretty nifty, but I'd rather wirelessly tether it with my phone. If this is on Verizon, a Pre Plus or a rooted Droid will do the trick.

This setup looks kind of messed for photography. DVD's under the desk, Books piled up, and the area for working is small. But if it works for him, I guess it looks cool

Nice feature. For a hundred dollars I can look out my window and see the planes

@Almightywhacko: At least is not "Xtreme Millennium" or something like that

@macshome: You don't? Necessity is the mother of all compulsive buys .

Nice recollection... you'll soon see a fanboysim backlash, but I agree mostly. I own a Pro, a Pre and a 3GS jailbreaked, both which are so good stock. The WebOS feels very elegant. Let's see what comes in store for now

I'm glad for this. The line between safety and paranoia is like the one between legal and illegal, very tiny and blurry

@Blackened: Incredible end... great read. The Giz effect has calmed down

@ploopsy: You didn't read the whole thing. It gets far worse than that. But he did something he was happy to do, borderline stupid, but happy nontheless

Oh Bonzi Buddy, if I knew then what I know now. Thank Goodness my Internet access was scarce.

On the same note, I heard that if you use high heels, you won't be burned by the hot sand too. Oh, and lipstick protects your lips.

I'm not picky, just give me GM Navigation for my netbook, and I'll be happy.

@javalsu: You are right, but the point of this stabilizer it is to weigh down and diminish the "shaky" feel of a handheld camera, it is not meant to stand on surfaces. That is why he says he wanted to put lead caps or some sort of weight, but the camera was so light he didn't need to.

@javalsu: While that is true, it is far easier to find the pvc parts as pairing items. It's not common practice in plumbing to divide in more than two. Hence, it is easier to make it with four legs.

That would make facebook crack then, because sure as hell it is not pot

@wjh31: Looks interesting, I'm going to try it now

Although I like the cleverness of it all, a bucket holds very few clothes (a jean or two). Just hand washing it in the bucket would be more efficient, IMHO.

@John Steele: I'm just enjoying the trip. It was a surprise, but being I am 30, it didn't felt awkward. It just feels so natural.

@CataclysmicVoid: Why would you want to replace the Motorola Startac that came standard on it??
