Ha, a woman directing doesn't have much impact on the material? Other than the fact that Diana is always shown as a warrior rather than a sexual object, the main scene that everyone is talking about? The big scene everyone points to as their favourite and amazing? The moment she throws off her cloak and reveals…
What does "good" mean though? That answer is going to be different for everyone. Every individual may have a different answer to that depending on what stage of life they're in, or even what mood they're in day to day, or what their expectations are from a given movie. And who are you to tell someone that the movie…
There are so many things I loved about this movie, including all of the things you've mentioned in this thread. I absolutely loved that the "romance" part just kind of happened. There wasn't a big deal made out of it at all, no will they won't they or grand gestures or supposedly romantic stalkery behaviour. They also…
Yes! A Batman that doesn't just hit all the things, but one who uses his detective skills, inventing/scientific skills and is basically the well-rounded gentleman who also happens to fight crime that he always used to be! Bonus points if he can do all that and still manage to have a little fun too!
Dammit! I did watch the show, I just only watched it the one time through though, so hardly any quotes stuck with me.
She does like to blave, so it's possible.
Hmmmm, many hetero men treat women like objects. You say men never love objects…
His name isn't Warren!
Who knows where thoughts come from? They just appear.
Unfortunately, it's not always illegal. It depends where you are, geographically speaking.
I disagree so hard with this review! I thought the plot flowed well from episode to episode and were anything but interchangeable. You got the sense that the story was moving forward to some predetermined ending and not just at random. I'm upset that I'll never get to see the completion of Jaye's story.
This sounds like one of the "ending" pages in a very strange Choose Your Own Adventure novel.
I like this rye whiskey song myself…https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEl…
OMG, this just made me laugh out loud, cause the same thing happened at my house! Love those old console TV's (and stereos!)
This comment deserves more love than it's gotten.
*sings in a shaky, scared voice*
"He's got the whole world in his hands"
*shudders*
These puns are horrbible!
Yeah, I now realize the link I first posted doesn't contain the original post, which is what I meant, but yes, it was nice that the bulk of the thread was decent. Here's the original post. It speaks to how it's possible a person can think sex is consensual when it really isn't. https://archive.is/ZnMKo
This kinda seems like a natural fit seeing as how the show (and Sam that one time, when he had nothing at all better to do) has a "thing" for dogs. Wonder if Dean will have enough Doggie conversational skills left over from "Dog Dean Afternoon" to talk to Scooby? (Please, please don't let Buckner and Ross-Leming write…
