The limitations I speak of are limited space to play, which effects either headset. Unless the Vive makes my office bigger.

Wow incredible, no negative comment about VR from people who obviously never ever tried it and love to shit on other people enjoyment yet!

Good. Zenimax didn’t have a provable case at all. If Luckey did violate an NDA then restitution is reasonable. But they seem to have absolved Facebook/Oculus of code theft, which is absolutely the correct decision.

It takes a special kind of idiot to wish the leadership of one’s nation bad luck.

Trump will be president even if you don’t watch.

Do not tune in at the places above at the times specified.

These “jokes” are getting way overplayed tho. I dont go to kotaku or jalopnik to read 4 articles about trump per day. This isnt gaming related.

This whole article is just dumb. Who cares if another businessman is worth more than Donald Trump? He’s also worth more than Obama, and probably every other president before him. Seriously, who cares?

Yeah, seriously. I think this guy is lying about VR being disorienting. He probably played a seated experience, with artificial locomotion.

I just don’t understand VR. When I get home from work and want to play a video game, I want to sit on my fat lazy butt with a controller in my hand and “veg out” in front of my monitor.

God gamers really are the worst. Is there any other hobby that inspires like death threats over ‘platform wars’ and all that? I tried my brothers’ Vive a few weeks ago and it was the coolest thing ever. I’m sure an oculus is awesome too. Why are the communities shooting themselves in the foot about everything? Who

I have both and I actually love my oculus then my vive. To me the image is so much more clearer and it fits right on my face nicely. I also love the headphones. Everyone has a opinion Tho.

I think the Rift beats the Vive in a few key areas, but they’re all relatively minor. They added up for me after a few weeks using the Rift + Touch. The Vive is definitely still a good first-gen VR system, and yeah, I’d recommend either one over PSVR.

I had hoped to have at least one place I could go to and escape from endless debates, finger-pointing, and rhetoric over the next few weeks and months. A place where I could just engage in my hobby, and only see election or political stories if they actually affected video games. Maybe someone would make a good game

This is yet another series where I wish Valve could count to 3.

It has been 9 years since I deployed to Iraq. I spent 15 months there doing convoy recovery. Since I got back I’ve dealt with at times crippling PTSD, and about three years ago my therapist recommended I try playing a more realistic war game, as it apparently helps many people (though honestly I don’t know how). At

“sexual harassment online in VR”

I literally stopped reading after

“last week that the avatar of someone she didn’t know virtually groped her in the online mulitplayer game QuiVR.”

WTF kinda world do we live in where this shit right here gets attention.
