I think it’s worth mentioning that a lot of the dating simulators reward you with special artwork for playing through a route in a certain way. When sexy artwork is also a draw for your game, I can understand wanting to crack down on videos that show them.

It’s his art medium.

With my experience with VNs, I’d really have to concur with the devs here. Reading it all aloud and showing everybody all of it kinda defeats the incentive for those you’re reading it to to, well, read it. It cuts the actual intended experience out of the process.

PC?

Watched his vid yesterday and can’t say I agree with his arguments. Half of his reasoning was that people need to move around to use it.. Sterling had surgery and can’t move to much. It’s true that that kind of inhibits his gaming experience for VR but using that as the reason for why it won’t get popular is idiotic

Technology evolves. If they weren’t working on improving it, you would be the first to complain that VR sucks because it’s not improving blah blah blah.

Yeah, we’d hate for the tech to, like, evolve or improve or anything.

Even if that time winds up being 10 years?

Then you’ve been under a proverbial VR rock. Oculus Touch has been talked about for over a year now as Oculus’ motion controller platform.

The eagerly-anticipated Oculus Touch controllers begin shipping on December 6 worldwide, with a price tag of $199. Combined with an array of three Oculus sensors ($79 for the third), Touch will support room-scale VR.

With all the awesome player-driven stuff that happens in the game (Fuel Rats, Cannon Research, Distant Worlds, the Colonia project, etc) this stupidity is what finally gets the game some exposure?

This is an increasingly weirdass witch hunt we’re on

It’s a little ridiculous to call this guy an artist... the artists are the ones that created these environments in the first place. This guy is literally just hitting print screen.
