Yeah, they made them way too complicated, then didn't bother to figure out how they'd actually transform, so the transformations are just a blurry, incomprehensible mess. When transforming robots are the main feature of your movie, that's not the part to skimp on.

McKellen would've been good as Dumbledore, but it would've been too similar to Gandalf. I never really liked Michael Gambon in the role though, he came across as kind of cold. My choice to replace Harris would've been John Hurt.

Well, I've only just started watching them, and have started with the higher-rated ones, so admittedly my perspective is a bit biased, but the live action teams could certainly learn a lot from some of the better animated movies.

Seriously. The animated movies are so good - the tone is right, the stories make sense, the characters are true to themselves. Why doesn't WB just hire the DC Animation creative team to shepherd the live-action movies? They're right there!

Compare the number of comments on sites where you have to click to view comments vs sites where the comments are right there. New visitors are much more likely to join and comment if the comments are there for them to see without having to intentionally look for them. This change will kill the community here.
