I have a 2016 v60 with the Drive-E motor (same 2.0 turbo as the T5s of today) and its been perfectly reliable after almost 70k miles. A two-liter turbo four cylinder isn’t inherently unreliable and given how common they’re becoming as a powerplant, I suspect reliability will generally go up (for future iterations).
