Where’s the Kotaku fish when you need it, what’s this average joe blurring?

Bale over Keaton? Clooney over Kilmer?
I’m still not sure why there is so much derision over the profit split on mods - 25% is a lot better than some developers get from publishers, nor is it unreasonable considering that (in general) the modder has taken NONE of the financial burden in the initial release. They’re building content for already established…
You mean like art, music, games, and mods?
Some great points, though I do take exception to comparing it to a game that came years later and pointing out how the older game didn’t do X as well.
It’s all well and good to get your parents playing games, seeing my mom rack up 200+hours on FF XII or get her priest raid geared for end game content in WoW is beyond cool. If it’s Square or Blizzard related she usually beats me to the punch, and while she’s tried the AC series she enjoys just watching them being…
Looks bonkers, I love how varied his work is. I keep hoping for another in the vein of 13 Assassins or Hara-Kiri, but I look forward to most anything he does.
I think 3 matches is a pretty good litmus test of a communities ability to play. Is it a concrete sampling? of course not. Gaming online these days is a crap shoot, and mostly it ends badly. Wow, SWToR, Destiny, Warframe, PSO, LoL, DOTA, Monster Hunter, FF XI or XIV- in any of these examples (and many others) getting…
unsurprising considering the armor/uniforms for both the Empire in Star Wars and the Wolf Brigade are heavily influenced by Nazi uniforms and armor. The whole setting for the Jin-Roh trilogy was an alternate 50s Japan after Germany won.
it's an interesting fix, not entirely sure it fits either. While SoaD definitely doesn't say Mortal Kombat to me, the timing for the MK theme is off as well. It felt like the initial scream of Mortal Kombat should have been held until after we see Scorpion, draw the opening music out longer and drop the old desk…
nah, pc gaming is OK these days. I love my little dell tower, dropped a little more ram and a half decent graphics card in and it chugs along nicely. Haven't built a proper rig of my own since 2002, and every time I get the itch to I find half a dozen things that demand more immediate attention.
Petition to add Pam to the MK X roster. Let Jason and the Predator learn to fear the White Shadow.
you mean instant chin rests.
i wonder if that one pops up if someone who bought the Gul'dan skin for Azmodan dies to Illidan......
i remember watching an interview during the last Blizzcon where they talked about expanding the launcher to include a legacy tab, but as ever it's just a question of priorities. At least they're all there on your account page if you added the keys for digital install.
cyborg justice was awesome though. Many hours lost to that game.
one could argue that it's his job to check these things though, if dropping a twenty had a reliable chance at giving a decent boost then he could say here's the info - you decide if it's worth it.
that's what the Expendables films are for. He'd fit right in.
not born yet I imagine. I loved that film, but getting people to watch it at the time was like pulling teeth. Same for eXistenZ.
The other question is would a sequel made without Amy Hennig writing be worth it?
