That makes sense. I suppose I grew up playing GTA with a controller so that tends to feel best, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t like the auto-aim that comes along with using a controller, lol. I think for me, GTA isn’t a game that should require precision and is best played with a more laid back, let’s blow things

I meant to write dumber... brain must have switched gears while writing.

I’m in the same boat. I love using a controller when controlling a car in GTA but I can’t stand using it when in shootouts. So overall I would just rather use a keyboard and mouse for the whole game. I think this time around I will just wait for the PC version when in the past I would rent the console one to beat the

Well, guess I won’t be playing it til like 2028, then. Great.

Neither’s X accounts have updated

There’s a huge difference between references that can exist in-universe (eg. characters read books and watch movies and meme them just like real people), or even referential gags like calling random NPCs “Wedge” and “Biggs; verses straight-up “here’s a skin you can buy that makes you look like Sonic the Hedgehog,

I loved Death Stranding, I thought it was a triumph of a game that tried something different and really succeeded at it. I thought the loneliness of the overworld was an amazing feature, and the ability to communicate with other players through building infrastructure — ‘bridges’, if you will — and leaving messages

Look, I just think me and my three male friends with near identical voices are really funny when we’re all together.

Haha, but first I have to do some deep research on the appropriate equipment or I’ll embarrass myself.

I don’t think it was the fixes, it was the massive DLC and additions. It kinda reminds me of when TW3 added a whole bunch of new systems way later.

Oh wow, I didn’t actually know that, thanks for the info! I was just trying to further criticize them while putting my animal friends in a better light, but that is interesting.

I fail to see the problem.

Regardless of the controversy, Hogwarts was a pretty mediocre game and it sold because of the IP it was attached to. To imply that it was “snubbed” for awards is to forget that awards are for the actual game delivered, not for the marketing campaign or sales quantity.

It wasn’t misunderstood and there wasn’t any hidden

Is... Is Sony trying to patent savestates? A feature that’s been in emulators for like 2 decades?

Fuck all the store level people working 10 times harder for the same pay, huh?

they must be like cattle

“Now I can finally play hentai games without having to worry,” one person wrote on X.

In the context of this debate, “platform” refers to digital distribution platforms where you can buy, download and play PC games. Steam is a platform. EGS is a platform. GOG is a platform. Origin is a platform. MS Store is a platform. Uplay is a platform. Battle.net is a platform.

Apparently it is relevant which is why so many people complain about EGS exclusivity and not Steam exclusivity. Nobody likes exclusivity but when that exclusivity is the direct result of the platform owner effectively bribing the developer/publisher, that makes it all the more aggravating.
