I mean, I’d be down for everyone switching to Heracles too. If you can’t get Disney on board it’ll be a lost cause though.

Sometimes I think it’d be cool if more people knew about the schwa (written as ə in IPA). Every English dialect uses it pretty much all the time. It’s that short forgotten ‘uh’ sound at the end of ‘America’ and the start of ‘amount’, and at the end of the non-’ee’ version of ‘the’.
I genuinely mean no disrespect in saying this, but if you wanted the author to post fewer pictures of his avatar then you went about it exactly the wrong way.
I made one reference to a grey comment, because it was a grey comment. Nothing to do with account age, nothing to do with not respecting their opinion because they’re grey.
He was right, at least from the Scottish/Gaelic side of it. The ‘sith’ in Cait Sith is the same as in Ban Sith, which you might know better with the English respelling ‘banshee’. Ban Sith = ‘ban shee’, Cait Sith = ‘kat shee’.
I think I’ll stick with the Scottish pronunciation. I took the time to look it up back when FF7 came out the first time so it’s been that way in my head and friend circles for what, a quarter century now.
Dismissed companions won’t transfer story items in their inventory to the player anymore
sometimes just messaging their rep in the company works
There’s a warp pipe under the floor of every Japanese building.
Who said something like that here?
Of course you can. Ignoring something or engaging with it is always a choice. Nobody’s forcing or compelling you to speak, you’re choosing to do that yourself. You could just as easily choose not to, you just don’t want to. That’s what makes you the arsehole here.
With respect, your opinion doesn’t matter enough for me to be bothered that you disagree with me. If that were the problem I’d have dismissed Parker’s responses too.
You’re welcome to have a conversation with me if you like. Just leave a comment with something remotely of value in it, and not some weak attempts at point scoring that read like what a dull person thinks wit sounds like.
For sure, cyberpunk has had a lot of aesthetic variations over the decades - this one isn’t the 80s synthwave kind. Still, I feel like calling the soundtrack disappointing could do with a bit more explanation of what they think is missing from it.
There’s a pretty big difference between asking to see more game and less avatar, and shitting on the avatar’s appearance when it’s tied to the author’s appearance. If they’d gone with the former there wouldn’t be a problem. They’re arseholes because they went with the latter.
you can’t ignore it
There is a competing mod, and it’s free. LukeFZ started working on it just after PureDark’s FG mod and published it two days later. The adapter pattern is a really common software pattern and it’s rarely difficult to implement.
I agree that he can charge for his work regardless of its effort (and this one is low effort, it’s just an adapter pattern to relay FSR calls to the DLSS API, with a small config UI to tweak DLSS-side params), and people are of course allowed to feel like his work isn’t worth what he’s charging too.
I’m pretty conscious of spoilers myself, but this one sounds like it’s in a similar vein to Far Cry’s various secret endings, like choosing not to handcuff Joseph Seed, or staying seated after Pagan Min leaves. I guess it doesn’t feel spoilery to me.
Really? I think the soundtrack is solid, what disappointed you about it?
