I doubt anyone will take the claims seriously (those are the claims of a mad man), but I’m actually concerned with PBS thinking she’s suddenly too radioactive to keep working with. 

So, I took yesterday off to head to Rifftrax Live in Nashville with some friends, but it looks like some new shittiness is afoot. I had heard a little bit about this on Twitter, but didn’t really have a chance to look into it until this morning.

Meh. I’ll be the dissenting voice here and say I don’t mind The Big Bang Theory. My wife enjoys it and I find some of the comic book/sci-fi references it makes give me a chuckle even if my wife doesn’t get them without an explanation.

Alternate take: The Big Bang Theory, with all of it’s flaws, has done more to mainstream “Geek Culture” like Dungeons and Dragons, comic books and their other media offshoots, Settlers of Cataan, etc. than anything before it.

I don’t think anyone expected this to be the timeline where Sony has more sense/balls than Disney.

Can’t wait to see what Gunn has coming out in November. The man has a real solid grasp of the genre, but it’s a shame we aren’t getting an October release for a horror movie.
