That was true when I bought my S60 from them five years ago, and my Spec V from them 15 years ago. That is not the case anymore in this market. I just searched for Outbacks and got a whole ton of 2010 models with well over 100K miles. Although there’s also this gem, a 2010 with 16K(!) miles.

SERIOUSLY. Thank you for pointing this out. Out of the entire article, this is the one sentence that made up upset the most... and we’re discussing Mazepin here for goodness sakes. 

“Afford” means a lot of different things. Half the country can’t even pay an emergency bill. That includes a lot of these folks who make tons and spend it all needlessly. I’d rather hoard and retire early and easy vs. financing cars and homes all the time.

I have a 100 mile commute daily for work (hour each way).  My wife goes 1 hour in the the opposite direction. Sometimes you can’t have it both ways.

My S60's wipers tuck somewhat under the hood. The windshield is also heated in the wiper area. Have never had a problem with them getting stuck. 

These articles are misleading. You do realize that these flyovers happen because the pilots and machinery have required training hours, right? These aren’t costing the taxpayer anymore dollars beyond the standard requirement.
