No. ONE YEAR. There are local elections EVERY YEAR. If those Beto voters show up again next year, imagine what we could do for our cities and state congress.

Agreed. For Texas, overall it was a very, very good day. My reps in the House and the States House were replaced with Democrats who represent what the majority of people want.

It’s worth noting that Harris County has a larger population than 25 states. For all the “buh huh, Texas sucks” people, especially those on the East Coast, imagine that your happy little blue state got squashed together with, like, Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, and let me know how think your elections would go?
