As far as I can tell, “bitch” as an insult starts by likening women to dogs, and then by likening unpleasant and/or weak people to women. I feel like there’s a lot of misogyny mixed in that cannot be picked out like the raisins in potato salad.

I figure the central property of being a “snowflake” is fragility, and there’s nobody more fragile than white people who can’t handle criticism. It wouldn’t be the first time a term has been used against the people who coined it.
