Think about the fact that because vote.counting is entirely secret and unobserved by any human being wherever computers are involved, there is never any direct evidence because the evidence is the ballots. This isn’t so much a RECOUNT as it is a first observed count.

I support the recount efforts. But please keep in mind that recounts DO NOT detect every form of fraud or error. Example: you can recount a stuffed ballot box as many times as you want and never be the wiser.
