That’s what I was referring to, I should have been more specific. To be clear I’m glad it fails now matter the reason, but it still scares me that there is a sizable chunk (majority?) of the GOP that want to pass an even worse healthcare bill in the future.

I’m hearing that it failed because it didn’t screw people over enough. I hesitate to call it a win just yet.

It’s that conservative religion male thing.

THIS all day! I also like that the episode was a way of “humanizing” people of color in a way that reality TV doesn’t often show. Between LAHH and RHW we often see fighting and caricatures. As a person of color, I’m often shocked in 2017 that some white people (including some of the white men I’ve dated) believe

OMG. I am SOOOO sex positive and you-do-you-y and nonjudgmental BUT THAT’S SO MANY PARTNERS OMG.

It’s okay Harrison. I had to take the car away from my elderly Dad. Stop before you kill someone.

While this clip that has been passed around is chuckle-worthy, you have to know that it is edited. Anderson works for CNN and has his own show, and would not appear on NBC’s Meet The Press. Nor would Anderson laugh at someone to their face like that, as he is a professional.

You guys! I love post-presidency Bush! And I hate myself for it.

At first I was like...aww bless him he can’t figure it out. And then I was like...wait...what if Dubya is taking a page out of Biden’s prankster book and he’s aware of the camera and pantomiming suffocating himself at Trump’s inauguration? I’m going with the latter.

She’s in for a tough road, but make no mistake, she can handle it just like she’s handled all the difficulties of her life. Remember, she was raised on the South Side of Chicago by a father who was a blue-collar worker and a mother who stayed at home with her brother and her. She watched as her dad, who was her rock,

This picture is a nice thing:

I’m not American, nor live in America, but over here we’re aware of the global implications and the general horror that today brings. I’m sorry, you guys. x

I got a response from Richard Nixon when I was twelve (summer of 1974). It was utterly without charm - and he resigned a week later.

Fuck Steve Harvey.

I respected Micheal Steele as former RNC chair explaining the importance of having someone at the table when it comes to African American interests. He took a proactive approach and when Republicans took office he was positioned to be that guy in some respects.
