I personally don't get why everyone's acting like it's the darkest most horrific thing to happen in a Disney venture. Just a few sound effects at the end that sound like any other effects you see featured in a haunted house commercial.

That's what I've always thought. Didn't Rebecca Have all this /generally/ planned out from the get go? I feel like I've read that some where…. Yeah, so, anyway, they have been at it for awhile AND we do hear Garnet mention it in the second Steven Bomb/Keeping It Together:
Seem a lot of people got on board with the show when it was fleshing out it's emotional story. I honestly think it would have still been an interesting show without the whole gem home world plot. I would have been fine with the monster of the week ala Mushishi.
Well, no one's mentioned it but I really enjoyed Sinister; I mean the home videos man!
