Agreed. Also, I loved your work with Daniel Day.

Agreed. The whole series is quite compelling, just not in the ways I think Mr. Sava was anticipating.

Just the right amount of heaviness, if you ask me. Also, update: the entire series can be found online now.

CN does this to most of its shows from time to time. Not sure why, but it's something all the big shows with a following has had to go through, including AT, Gumball and Regular Show.

I don't know that he missed the point, exactly. He does say that the non-backstory episodes are still entertaining and funny. I think he just feels AT's metaphorical powers are the only thing that gives a good episode its heft. Also, it seems to me there's a potential for more than just the vampirism=depression

What I've seen so far has made me laugh and gasp more than Adventure Time has done in quite a while. Hate to be a contrarian, especially when I'm sure he's got good reasons for his POV which he'll expand upon in the individual reviews, but I think Oliver's not giving the miniseries enough credit.

And cripes, are they excellent eps.

Wouldn't you rather wait to see when the episodes air?

Wait…maps don't love you like I love you.

Glad to hear that your family is safe.

At this point, I'll take a human, genuine Geraldo on a loop. If someone as notoriously mercenary and fear-baiting as him can still allow his common love for his family and his hope for the safety of individuals show through, then it gives me a sort of hope that the human race will continue to persevere over tragedies

Ron Perlman, and he thanks you for noticing.

If this was by Stanley Kubrick….whoa…

Maybe if you compare it to a mop that's already saturated with filthy water and has lost a bunch of its flagella…

Hey, A.A., what happened to that review for My All-American? Did the distributor decide it was better off if that movie never existed?

Article/comment/avatar non-synergy! Oddly appropriate for the review of this film.

"Can you imagine? Moving picture shows, projected up onto a huge white screen in a darkened forum for many people to observe simultaneously!"
