@Hans Eric Kahrs Jr.: To add to Altima Neo's comment, it's 2 additional colors, one of which is like the ink filter from the PC version, and the other, the new pencil filter. It only applies to the character, not globally like in the PC version.

@Altima NEO: It's a good idea for the casual SF players. It's the little things that mainly the people that play SF4 a lot can appreciate. Day 1 for me, when it comes out for the PC. In the mean time, going to have to rely on my friend for my SSF4 fix.
