Am I silly for still being hopeful for an iPhone SE2?

It wasn’t until the last year that I really started to appreciate Mussels, I’m weird about texture. However, sometimes Mussels from restaurants taste a little gritty. What causes that? It kind of ruins the rest of the dish.  

Any chance you would be willing to share that?
