I saw this first hand with my grandmother. Slowed reflexes and some mobility issues made her trash a couple of cars in quick succession. A “missed the brake and hit the gas” incident resulted in a pretty gnarly accident that, luckily, didn’t leave anyone seriously injured but certainly could have.
