I do a lot of stuff for Noir Leather. These guys came in asking to hang their flyer in our window. When I asked what it was about they clearly stated this was a way to get back at cruisers and the flier states "Ride in traffic!" and "Costumes welcome!"

@Formerlythegreatestdriver: Back in 2008 the EPA revised the way they do their tests. Essentially they started running the HVAC, radio, navigation (if equipped) and plugged in doodads to the aux power ports. For example i sold the Saturn Aura during the changeover. The 3.5 V6 went from 30mpg highway to 29mpg.
