I noticed this on my work computer (PC)and thought it was just a fluke. Then I noticed it again on my home computer (mac). I did something on my work computer and it stopped doing that, but my home computer is still doing it.

Not against you particularly, bit how about not use your phone so much. My next point is bigger, don’t let your phone constantly sync to your social media, email accounts and what not.

Cc companies never lose money. They charge the merchant to run the transaction and they charge the card holder interest if they don't pay the balance. If a customer reports fraud, then the merchant is held for the loss.

Sounds like your using a debit card, which has a different set of rules.
