Fascinating. I was only peripherally aware that such a thing existed. Personally, I like the idea if programming is something you’re absolutely sure you want to do professionally and you have the means to do something like this. Professionally, I would definitely interview somebody coming out of one these programs,

It's unbelievable to me that in this day and age you're still beating the calorie counting drum.

The thing is, if you're emotionally hungry, you're not going to listen to your brain talking about whether you'd eat broccoli.

What I got out of that when I watched it last night is that Trinidad James is one of the most charismatic people in the world today. He was just great.

If you've got a lot of carpet to pull up, there are special blades for the job that have a hook on the end that'll do all of this for you. They aren't any more expensive than regular utility blades and they'll make your job much easier.

At least he's wearing a lovely gold shirt.

Yeah, finding what works for you can take time, but when you do, just stick to it, and don't worry about pounds- worry about "healthy". Do I look good, and feel good? Then my weight is good.

fast food is stupid expensive. I can't afford it. but I can afford beans and greens, which are cheap and healthy. I can't afford beef and salmon, but I can afford cod and chicken thighs.

I can't stress this point enough: Go to a real running store, not just a shoe store. They'll usually let you take a jog around the block or on a treadmill, which is super important when you're trying to find running shoes that fit comfortably and support your feet!
