it's called Elixir. I wish other people would make fun of it with me.

This is why I go to a women's-only gym. Healthworks for the win for all my Boston ladies! Perks include free tampons, make-up removing wipes, and fruit-infused water. Plus it's always nice to get on a machine and see that the current movie selections are Mean Girls, The Queen, and Bridesmaids.

babe nothing in the world is worth changing out of your sweats if you dont want to

my professor wrote a book where there's an reverse aging "elixir" and this dude is in his late 60s, hits on an attractive, fit woman in her early 40s, she doesn't give him the time of day (literally, he keeps asking her stuff like "what time is it" and she has to pause her run, take out her headphones, and point at

is 'working in' asking to switch off between sets?

I've found the biggest problem is not guys who refuse to cut it out (thankfully - though if I did meet one I would certainly report him). The problem is more that EVERY guy must try hitting on you at LEAST once. I mean, thank God most of them are respectful enough to get the hint when you're not interested… but in a

The first time a random dude tried getting my number, I was 20. I had no clue what the fuck to do, this jackass just sat down at my table in a restaurant, I was eating by myself and reading a motherfucking book.

My gym is pretty awesome, thank God. I've never been bothered much and I can finish a work out without being hit on. Everyone just behaves there, mostly because it's a very nice gym in a busy city where people have very little time. I did meet one handsome guy there who used to talk to me but then he never came back :(

Ugh, yes - replace gym with yoga studio.

My best friend got a guy fired from her university gym because he was harassing her. Like, started off with chitchat as she swiped in...then somehow looked up her name/info and found her on Facebook and started stalking her there. She printed out pages of all the creepy messages he'd sent her after being repeatedly

I was about to make a similar post of a military gym too, but I am an officer and have scared the ever-loving poop out of the occasional airman or young lieutenant. (Ironically, steering men away from me is the only time I play the officer card...I got out of active duty almost a decade ago)

I used to belong to this gym that had a lot of meat market qualities. But, there was another element as well. This one asshole who had a huge clique liked to talk about other gym goers' sex lives. Then he digressed into telling domestic abuse jokes while I used the elliptical next to him.

4) The gym is on fire, we have to get out of here right now.

Once, at the end of a hot yoga class, the dude next to me leans over while I'm rolling up my mat and says "where are your parents from?" - I wasn't so surprised by the question, this happens often and is a typical way dudes hit on me because I'm unnaturally tan for a white person, but I was pretty appalled at the fact

Am I the only one who would really prefer it if no one talked to anyone at the gym? We should all be sweating and suffering in solitude. If that doesn't work for you, then get thee to a tae-bo class (or whatever you people are doing now)

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa no why

My favorite gym pick-up line is when they ask to spot you...in the sauna.

I'm terrified of being mistaken for "that guy" so the ironclad rule is:

Q: HOW TO HIT ON WOMEN AT THE GYM?

I had a guy continually hit on me at my (former) gym for months on end. Despite the fact that I never made eye contact or replied. Finally, I guess it was enough for him, he said,
