Watched the whole thing, wondering who might be in the depths of hell, and found out it was none of the people I was expecting.
Diesel engined vehicles also need breathers on their diffs, gearboxes etc just the same as petrols.
Along with breathers, all the electronic harnesses are water tight, and any breather’s (such as differential breathers) hoses are either tucked up way high or go into the water tight cab. Man, that’s my fault, sometimes I forget not everybody reads about trucks all day. I’ll add that in! But basically, this truck has its air intake raised up with a snorkel. Now on a lot of gasoline-burning cars that wouldn’t be enough because there are lots of little intakes called “breathers” that are hard to see.
Everyone involved in this report should fe forced to drive across Texas along I-10, in the summer, without air conditioning at 55 mph before they released this report.
