@2trips: "Every vehicle (thats right: every single vehicle, semi trucks, sports cars and everything in between) should...be diesel powered."

@Retiree: Yes, Lets make the Camaro Japanese looking. That idea worked so well for American sedans.
@adidascrosscountry: Ah yes, the more laws we have, the more restrictions placed upon us the more liberty we have. I'm only 19, but I would make a great politician because I've figured out the recipe for success. I can convince anyone to give up anything if I instill fear in their hearts and tell them its for the…
@cs1984: As my party has found out if you don't respect the will and wishes of the populace you lose your job.
@Archie_Bunker: They began to make headway because they began to offer larger cars. The Toyota Avalon is almost as big as a 300c, Taurus and Impala, and the Camry is by no means small. Look at Hyundai, which is about to offer a 4.6 V8 198in long RWD.
Americans have always and will always like big cars, that's it. That's all there is too it. Going from a large car to a small car is viewed as a regression in your quality of life. Its like going from Sak's fifth avenue to Kmart. People how live in the land of plenty are not fond of sacrifice.
One of the most decadent and hedonistic automobiles on earth that thing is my dream car.
I like the art deco wings much better. I just looked at my 300C and imagined a pentastar on the deckled and on the grill, its not pretty.
It'll still be here as it is now. The smallest of the big three will place more emphasis on crossovers and the expansion and refinement of the LX and upcoming LY platform. The Dodge ram will also undergo major changes to compete with the gmt900's and the Tundra. The diesel powered V6's from benz will spread throughout…
@jonnylieberman:I know it's great. Only a Rolls phantom drophead is better. I prefer to nuke the whales rather than harvest them for fuel, but to each his own.
@roadragerintherapy: Modern style is an oxymoron. Modern designers are talent less hacks that focus more on making a name for themselves among their little art friends than actually producing attractive objects. They are capable of producing only two looks: bland and god awful ugly. The new camaro and the 2005…
Responsible decadence kind of defeats the whole purpose. But i suppose the engine just shutting off at lights and in heavy traffic wouldn't be that bad as long as the 6.2 stays in place. Those punk ass hybrid badges would be coming off though.
Ah , the CAFE cars cometh, the more of these people buy the safer the V8 zetas are. I hope they're 3 cylinders with fiberglass bodies.
@jonnylieberman: What is Japanese looking about it? I see no resemblance between this and a MX5, Supra, RX7, 3000GT or a Skyline. The basic long hood, passenger cell and short deck is the only thing they have in common and that is shared by all proper sports/muscle cars.
@SomeIrishBastard: yes
@MagnificentBastard: The bad thing about fire is that it has the ability to spread and also to kill people, it's kinda hot. One burning Renault could probably set an entire tenement block on fire. These people are terrorists. They are displeased with the results of a free and fair election witch embodies the will of…
@Rishi: Not meant to be funny. These protestors in France are angry that the cradle to grave welfare state is coming to an end and they wish to make the lives of fellow citizens miserable because now that sarkozy is in power they shall have to find jobs. Anarchy must be controlled for a state to be safe and prosperous…
@Hyman Decent: i'm pretty sure you would piss off more than just Bush voters with that action.
Anyone who sets a car on fire should be shot by the police and or private citizens. Since most protestors are poor anti social trash this would not only prevent vehicular damage but serve as a nice poverty reduction program as well.
My 300C gets the same real world fuel economy as my mother's 2.9L I6 Volvo . The MDS system performs as advertised getting the same economy as a premium 6 cylinder. As far as Obama is concerned, the automakers in this country do not make a large variety of penalty boxes for one simple reason. Americans don't want them.
