I don't get it. TMo has a post-paid no contract plans that's significantly cheaper, which makes sense since it offers no subsidy on the phone. But V here is doing what exactly? Same plans, same phones but you shell out the cost of the phone over the course of two years? What gives?

On TMo in the US, it's better to leave data on edge since it's more stable and you can get your map updated quick enough, stupid TMo and its crappy (3G) reception.

@verset: Engadget says it's Froyo so you might be able to use it as a hotspot. There's always a contract free version but what we want is an affordable tablet, 3G or not, it better cost around 400$ to compete. Archos only charges 300$ and that's the 10 inch.

@Maave: You had me at "they're really cheap". On the other hand, I have to agree that the quality of these things are questionable. So it has a fake Pre hardware and the iOS on it is fake?
