@Dane Walton: That's in turn used to buy Apple products which will make them poorer which will...you get the idea.

Let me get this straight, there are at least 600,000 people who are not locked-in a plan/have an expiring plan? Or are they just willing to dish out the extra money for an early upgrade? Have these people been just waiting for the phone to come out? Shouldn't they still be locked-in their iPhone 3G or 3Gs plans?

@daviddelphenich: Alternatively, you can be more of a husband and less of a n iPhone lover and give her the one that arrives on the 24th. You did say you ordered for "[your] wife and [you]", and they arrive on "June 24th and the other on July 6th" :)

@DancingMan: You have no idea how much your tip means to me. Just made my Giz week. Thanks.

@Peter Zanetti: Nothing's really wrong about humanity, if you spend 60M$, you can get your very own.

@CoLdBLaDe: Actually they only go at Mach 1.8+ which is about 540 m/sec, close to a 1/3 of a mile/sec so it's feasible.

@Martian Yeti: It might, but which side? The mainlanders won't like like if it's on their side and Hong Kongers won't like it if it's on the other side. This way, they're equal.

@Jim Topoleski: Good point, but I think they're under scrutiny for anti-trust issues, related to which there are legal consequences.

@tritowslerog: You let your son read Giz? Nice! Although at times there's a tad excessive profanity.

If it had internal components, maybe it will survive the test, there would be more material to absorb the impact. That being said, the internal components might still get broken.

@frigg: I swear his post wasn't there when I wrote mine. Yeah back away from the Rolly, and my Clie too.

@Godson: You don't sync them, they sync you. Seriously.

@frigg: Who get's you uninterested in PS3?

@SJRNWT: I don't totally agree. If Jason stole the phone and then posted it here it would be completely different. But from what I've read, people tried to return it and Apple reps didn't take it seriously and rejected the idea that one of their own screwed up. IMO, their suing JC is simply a publicity stunt to make

All the Apple coverage is nice but can we still have our Dealzmodo of the day?

@smartaleck123: I didn't get the bitterness from this post.

@G-Squared: Agreed. Now the question for you: how much money are you willing to spend to lose weight? 5$/lb? 50$/lb or even 500$/lb? It's scary to think that I've spent that much money on my gym membership and have only gained weight cause I get hungrier after a workout and just eat more. There must be something I'm

@G-Squared: I think the 1000$/lb is just to show the world: see, we care about everyone, except fat people, you guys get rewarded for being less fat. I'd rather be skinny and not get paid 1000$/lb lost though.

@timgray: All excellent points, someone promote?
