You’re on Jalopnik. Nobody fucking cares. It just makes you look like an insufferable tool.

Just become an English teacher; you’ll be able to correct dumb kids constantly and it’ll make you feel super good.

You’re being pedantic. Stop being pedantic.

You can get Xbox exclusives on PC though.

Depends on the state but here in California you have to have it secured in the trunk of the car separately from the ammunition (I believe). You can’t be carrying it in your glove box or in a holster or anything until you are at the range or back on your own property.

That’s definitely true. Consoles are definitely getting better after a little bit of a slump.

The 60 FPS is a special “performance mode” that alters the resolution dynamically between 4K and 1080P to maintain the 60fps.

I got tired of my MK7 GTI very quickly just because I missed my old 128i BMW so much that I couldn’t make myself love the thing. It ticked all the boxes but what I learned is that ticking the boxes doesn’t mean that a car will connect with you. I think I just missed the tight-fitting cockpit of a coupe, the feel of

You’re not wrong that the 991 steering is VERY good, but you’re so, so wrong that you can’t tell a difference. Drive a 996 or 997 then drive a 991 and tell me with a straight face that it actually doesn’t feel any different. Guarantee you won’t be able to.

As someone who had a great hydraulic rack with my 128i, then went to pretty good electric with my GTI, then back to hydraulic with a 996, I feel I can answer this by saying that GOOD hydraulic power steering just feels significantly better, pretty much always.

Again, I have ridden a bike here many times. Have lived here my whole life. If you want to get hit by an uninsured driver, have people rage at you, or get run over by a driver texting/talking on their cell phone, by all means ride in the street as much as possible. One of those things is bound to happen to you

Oh dear, that’s horrible...

Not really interested, I’ve ridden a few miles in the city multiple times since I was a young kid and it was never fun. Do you ride in LA? riding on sidewalks is a normal thing, seems fine to me as long as it is legal and you are respectful of pedestrians. When I used to ride as a kid I would try to ride on the

I don’t really see how riding on a sidewalk is more dangerous than riding on streets that are notorious for a great mix of road rage, distracted driving, and uninsured drivers.

You sound genuinely enraged. All I said was that there are places where it’s legal in LA, it’s easy to figure out where, and with how bad traffic is here they should take advantage of that as a courtesy to everyone else (and their own safety).

Lol... A car designed in the 90s looks like a car from the 90s. I’m shocked!

lol

Still, none of those are as nice to drive as a good RWD car though unfortunately. As someone who tried to force myself to love a MK7 GTI w/ performance package for a couple years, I couldn’t help but miss my old BMW 128i every time I drove the VW. It is a great car and a lot of fun, especially for FWD, but it just

Problem with the 997 is those infotainment screens look like ass now. Otherwise I agree, 997s are probably my favorite 911s of all. I dream of a 997 GTS.

That’s definitely fair. I wasn’t really comparing it to other 911 interiors, just saying it’s not nearly as bad as many people make it out to be. Also, if you do a center console delete it’s no worse than a 993 in my opinion. I put an extra shelf in mine in lieu of the CD holder because I prefer the functionality of
