Yes, just change region in your mynintendo account, ( the one tied to your switch account ) and then open up eshop on switch to enjoy the new region’s shop.

I took my sister to the Chicago switch event with me. We both died in the demo, she was the first to die that weekend (it was Saturday). I brought the switch to her place over the weekend, and instead of just all Snipperclips...she got really into zelda. Next time I see her she said she wants to play more!

I experienced that a few days ago. I beat a camp, then about an hour in game time later another blood moon. And then another! I think there were four in a row before I got out of there. But I still agree on it being a great game, made it difficult but still fun to dive in and play.
