You don’t need to make another account. In my nintendo,go to settings and change region. After that, go switch eshop and purchase! Got shovel knight treasure trove from mx eshop for 11.59usd, using u.s visa card. After,I “switched” my nintendo region back to u.s. No fuss, no muss.
