People become vegans for all sorts of reasons, but they can probably stop saying they are because it’s the best thing for the earth.

I’m an omnivore (used to be an ovo-lacto vegetarian) and this headline makes pretty much zero sense. The results only work (as stated in the article) IF we don’t use factory farming, which we do. Also using available land to make food is great and all, but cows pollute the air a lot (methane, ammonia).
