Seriously. What sort of janky law school is this? Also, that job offer won't be worth much when they all fail the bar because they apparently are only in one class the first semester of their first year.

The problem I have with this show is that Alicia stands for nothing, or at least nothing more beyond her own self-interests, which in itself is not a problem and could be the core of an better, more interesting show, but Alica is never called on her being a selfish and manipulative and is instead always apologizing

I kinda agree with this, although I think it was less calculation than them occasionally being too infatuated with mimicing what they were hearing in the clubs instead of appropriating it into "their" sound. Hence, why none of the best tracks on Auchtung through Pop (Until the End of the World; Acrobat, Lemon; Gone)

Well, to try and be fair to them, the cases involving business interests that make it to the Court usually involve a question of governmental regulation and those three are generally reluctant to read expansive regulatory powers outside of the plain text of the statute. That is coincides with favoring business
