This is borderline. With that many modifications, I’d want a very in-depth and professional inspection by someone I trust. And even then, I’d probably say “nah” and find something else.

In the jeep world, its common to get 10% of the parts price back, you take 100% loss on labor. Like any modifications, you can also alienate some buyers, and others won’t want to pay even 10% for things they don’t want. I’d personally buy a stock LC/LX over a modded one
I’ll never understand folks who modify a vehicle, then expect it to increase the vehicle’s value. It’s a 18 year old vehicle. I’m confident there are few people in San Francisco, California, looking for a modified, 18-year-old, gas-guzzling vehicle, let alone at this price point.
