Nah I can whine, especially after they told me they’d cover the cost outright.

1st Gear: You get a bailout! You get a bailout! Everybody gets a bailout!!
CP: You can get a 5.0 version for the same price. And if you can have a V8, you get the V8.
Cool car, talented driver. However; and I’m going to draw the ire of the collected kinja brain trust; as a WRC fan, I have to point out that Ken was often outdone by the competition in real-world racing. Hoonigan videos are entertaining, but are a heavily-edited amalgamation of clips of successful runs. Ken has always…
Good luck, Alanis! I wish this place could keep writers like you around. I will miss your NASCAR takes and I’m not even a NASCAR fan.
The real disappointment is that now we will never get a real follow up about Alonso and his cat. Or possibly cats? That is the investigative journalism I crave.
Well, shit.
The biggest problem the CX-5 diesel has is the base 2.5L 4cyl gas engine:
Wow, I didn’t realize the diesel version “only” gets 27/30...the regular 2.5 NA gasser only gets 2 less combined, and the same highway. Even with $10K off, still doesn’t seem to be worth it. But if you can get the Signature for that price, truly, that seems more like an actual deal.
I missed the part where it’s going to be an active lifestyle crossover with an available EV version.
Can you get K02s in a P rated tire? An LT is overkill for a vehicle like this. Too heavy and too stiff of a sidewall. I run the P rated Falken Wildpeak on my Tacoma with no complaints
OME Shocks and springs x 1000....
OME HD Springs and Bilstein 5100s are the way to go on the ZJ. Gives a couple inches of lift, very similar in ride height to the original Upcountry Suspension and it rides really nice.
Reading this brought a tear to my eye.
So many old CJs sit behind barns for literally decades that old jeeps may be the most common very old one owner vehicles out there.
As long as someone isn’t trying to pull into the spot on the other side it is totally fine.
Who puts comments like that in internal corporate emails? I have never seen any back and forth of that nature in 40 years in corporate environments, even in one-on-one email discussions. From the nature of the topics being discussed, these should be a heck of a lot more professional.
Yah, this’d go over like a fart in church.
